The ILL.SUMMIT 2027 is the official, high-octane celebration of the Independent Live League era. Taking place over three action-packed days (April 9–11, 2027) in North Texas, this event merges a major live music festival with professional, real-life motorsports. The headline attraction is the Animascar Grand Prix: a real-world, 100-lap choreographed stunt race featuring drivers styled after animated characters from the Imagine Alex universe, augmented reality tracks, and top-tier stunt driving sequences.

Gates open daily at 12:00 PM (Noon), and all music performances and track activities wrap up by 10:00 PM. Shuttles, concessions, and medical tents remain open until 11:00 PM to ensure all guests exit safely.

To preserve local site safety, handle traffic routing, and build an exclusive experience, the exact location of our North Texas racing complex is kept secure. The venue name, physical address, and custom driving/parking instructions will be sent directly to your registered ticket email exactly 2 to 4 weeks prior to the event. Rest assured, the complex is located within convenient driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Yes! The ILL.SUMMIT and Animascar Grand Prix is an all-ages music and motorsports festival. However, because of high-velocity cars, active pyrotechnics, and major stage speakers, parents are strictly advised that children must wear appropriate ear protection at all times. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Please note that certain premium physical activations (such as Hot Lap Ride Alongs or competitive Sim Racing) are strictly restricted to attendees 18 years of age or older.

To expedite security check-ins and safeguard the venue, we enforce the following clear bag guidelines:

• Clear Bags: Reusable bags composed of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC with a single compartment are welcome, provided they do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” in dimension. No clear plastic shopping/grocery bags are permitted.
• Small Clutches & Fanny Packs: Small clutch purses, wallets, and fanny packs that are 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller are permitted and do not need to be clear.
• Hydration Packs: Hydration backpacks (e.g., Camelbaks) are permitted without being clear, provided the bladder has a maximum capacity of 1.5L or smaller and contains no additional zippered storage compartments. Bladders must be completely empty upon arrival.
• Exceptions: Exceptions may be authorized on-site for medically necessary devices or infant diaper bags after undergoing specialized manual inspections at our designated lanes.

The following items are 100% prohibited at all times. Bringing any of these items will result in immediate confiscation at the gates:

• NO chairs of any kind (including folding, lawn, and beach chairs).
• NO blankets, tarps, or coolers of any kind.
• NO backpacks, duffels, or multi-compartment bags exceeding our clear bag limits.
• NO illegal drugs, controlled substances, synthetic compounds, or associated drug paraphernalia.
• NO weapons of any kind, or items deemed by security personnel to represent potential weapons (including pocket knives, pepper spray, tools, and heavy chains).
• NO outside food, beverages, water bottles, or alcohol.
• NO glass containers of any kind.
• NO tents, umbrellas (including beach umbrellas), beach balls, or temporary shelters.
• NO selfie sticks, drones, professional cameras with detachable lenses, audio recording equipment, or laser pointers.
• NO over-the-head helmets, masks, or full costume heads.
• NO flags, totems, or large signs that may block the view of other attendees.
• NO toy guns, water pistols, or replicas of any kind.
• NO flyers, handbills, posters, stickers, or unauthorized promotional merchandise.

Yes, but to ensure absolute safety, all medical supplies must undergo the following strict gate clearance procedures:

• All medications must be kept in their original manufacturer container.
• The container must have a legible pharmacy prescription label attached.
• The name on the prescription label must exactly match the name on your government-issued photo ID.
• You must notify the security supervisor at the entry lane of your items. They will escort you to our on-site medical team, who will verify and officially clear your medications for entry.

Yes. Fully equipped First Aid stations staffed with professional Paramedics and EMTs are positioned strategically throughout the festival grounds and Pit Lane zones. If you or someone near you requires assistance, notify any festival staff member, security guard, or safety marshal immediately.

Safety Pro-Tip: We strongly advise all attendees to take a clear photograph of their Driver’s License and health insurance cards and store them locally on their mobile devices for immediate identification during an emergency.

We provide extensive blocks of sanitary port-a-johns, ADA-compliant restrooms, and rapid handwashing stations throughout the main GA areas of the site. For VIP and Super VIP ticket holders, upgraded, temperature-controlled, flushable luxury restroom trailers are provided.

Dedicated ADA-accessible viewing platforms are positioned at all music stages and along the Animascar Grand Prix stunt track boundary line. Please check with our Info Tent upon arrival for custom credentials to access these zones.

Absolutely all sales are final. Under no circumstances do we issue refunds, cancellation reversals, or exchanges. This strictly applies to GA, GA Plus, VIP, Super VIP tickets, parking, camping, upgrades, and platform-wide voluntary donations (such as "Boost the League" contributions). Purchases are rain-or-shine. In the event of catastrophic force majeure postponement, your tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled dates.

We enforce a strict Zero-Chargeback Policy. By completing a transaction on our platform, you agree to waive all rights to dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company. If you initiate an unauthorized or bad-faith chargeback dispute, the Company will immediately revoke all your tickets/credentials, permanently ban your account from all future events, and take legal steps to recover the funds, including fully holding you liable for all merchant representation fees and legal expenses incurred during arbitration.

The ILL.SUMMIT features a broad, rotating, and gamified multi-artist lineup across three stages, alongside numerous stunt drivers. Lineups, schedules, set times, and drivers are strictly subject to change without notice. No refunds or credits will be issued due to any schedule delays, artist cancellations, or driver substitutions. Your ticket secures access to the general festival grounds, not a single performance.

Motorsports are inherently dangerous. While our choreographed stunts are executed by highly trained professional precision drivers, fast cars carry elevated physical risks. To ensure safety, spectators are strictly required to remain behind the marked security barriers and reinforced catch fences at all times. By entering the premises, you expressly assume all risks related to engine noise, tire debris, tire dust, and exhaust fumes. Ear protection is strongly recommended and available for purchase on-site.

Access to the hot pit lanes, active track surface, and driver garages is strictly prohibited to general ticket holders. Only guests with **Super VIP** or **GA + Pit Crew** passes are allowed in designated paddock zones during specific guided tour windows. Any unauthorized person who climbs a safety fence or enters a restricted track area will be immediately ejected, arrested by local law enforcement, and issued a permanent lifetime ban from our events.

Exclusive to **Super VIP** ticket holders, Hot Lap Ride Alongs take place on Saturday under controlled conditions. You will ride passenger-side with a professional stunt driver. To participate, you must sign an additional physical liability waiver on-site, wear a provided certified helmet, and be at least 18 years of age. Ride alongs are strictly subject to dry track conditions and may be delayed or altered if weather poses any safety risk.

The tournament is a 48-player competitive bracket hosted in the Pit Lane Lounge. Registration will open online to registered fans and ticket holders in early 2027. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The grand prize is a real-world $1,000 cash reward. The platform scoring system relies on verified tournament play to protect against automated manipulation or cheating.

Our simulator rigs use high-end force-feedback bases, motion chairs, and precision software. However, minor glitches, connection drops, or equipment restarts are inherent risks of virtual gaming. The decisions of the on-site Sim Racing Tournament directors are final and absolute. No replays, refunds, or financial compensation will be provided due to simulator glitches, technical lag, or local power resets.

Before the race begins, you can download our official AR App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. When you point your device camera at the racetrack from the grandstands, the app projects live digital car telemetry, virtual character animations, and leaderboard updates in real-time. This camera processing is handled entirely **on your device locally** (no camera feeds are sent to our servers). We make no guarantees of continuous AR app performance or server uptime during high-density network usage.

We operate an **In-Person Pickup Only** policy. We do not package or ship merchandise to home addresses. To claim your apparel or collectible items, you must visit the designated **Merch Lounge** within the festival grounds between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the day of the event. You must present your order confirmation email with your custom scan QR code and a valid, matching photo ID.

Our merchandise rules are strictly enforced: all ordered items must be picked up on-site during operational festival hours. If you fail to collect your pre-ordered merchandise during the event, those items are legally declared **abandoned and forfeited**. Abandoned products are returned to general stock, no refunds or platform credits will be issued, and we will not ship, mail, or hold those items post-festival under any circumstances.

You are strictly required to inspect all shirts, hats, and collectibles at the Merch Lounge counter **before leaving the pickup lane**. If a manufacturing defect is verified or our staff handed you the wrong size, we will exchange it on the spot (subject to available stock). Once you walk away from the pickup counter, you legally agree that your merchandise was received in perfect, complete, and undamaged condition, and no further claims or exchange requests will be accepted.

Zero tolerance. Immediate removal with no refund. This applies to any discriminatory language, unwanted physical contact, or verbal abuse targeting our attendees, staff, artists, or drivers.

No. For the safety of the animals due to the noise of the high-speed stunt race and massive festival sound systems, pets of any kind are strictly prohibited. Only trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on-site. Emotional support animals do not qualify under this exception.

To preserve event security and prevent ticket fraud, re-entry is generally not permitted. Once your ticket QR code is scanned at the gates, it is deactivated for further entry on that specific day.

Yes. Our stages (including the Texas Country showcase and the Imagine Zone) utilize strobe lighting, rapid flashing lights, haze machines, high-intensity lasers, and theatrical pyrotechnics. High-speed racing engines also generate sudden, loud audio feedback. If you have light-sensitive epilepsy, sensory disorders, or are prone to seizures, please exercise extreme caution and consult our staff for assistance.
