RETURNS & REFUND POLICIES
The Master Financial and Merchandise Transaction Policies for the Independent Live League.
STRICT ALL SALES ARE FINAL POLICY
Absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or returns. This comprehensive policy is strictly applicable to all transactions processed by or through The Imagine Universe LLC and the Independent Live League, including but not limited to: festival tickets, VIP passes, regional showcase entries, parking credentials, merchandise pre-orders, premium on-demand digital content, and all voluntary patron contributions.
1. Mandatory No-Chargeback Agreement
By executing any transaction, purchase, or donation on our platform or at our venues, you explicitly accept these financial terms. You unconditionally agree that you will not initiate, pursue, or facilitate any chargeback, transaction dispute, or cardholder reversal request through your credit card company, issuing bank, payment networks (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover), or third-party gateways (including Stripe).
In the event that you initiate a transactional dispute or chargeback in violation of this covenant, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your account and waitlist credentials will be permanently terminated.
- Any tickets, VIP upgrades, credentials, or digital platform privileges associated with your identity will be immediately cancelled without notice.
- You will be permanently barred from accessing or attending any physical or digital events produced by the Company.
- You agree to fully reimburse and indemnify the Company for any and all costs, payment processing dispute fees, merchant representation expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in successfully defending the transaction and enforcing this agreement.
2. Artist Non-Appearance & Schedule Disclaimers
The Independent Live League festival (ILL.SUMMIT) and regional showcases are multi-artist, dynamic, and gamified experience events. Staging structures, interactive sim racing tournaments, obstacle challenges, and performance lineups are strictly subject to change or delay.
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances due to changes in the event’s schedule or lineup. The non-appearance, performance cancellation, slot scheduling change, or substitution of any specific artist, band, driver, animated character universe activation, or host does not entitle you to any refund, financial compensation, transaction reversal, or discount. You are purchasing a license to access the general festival footprint and experience, not a guarantee of any single performance.
3. Force Majeure & Cancellation Events
The Company is not liable, and will not issue refunds, in the event that a scheduled live experience, regional showcase, or festival date is cancelled, modified, or delayed in whole or in part due to causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes severe weather events, natural disasters, lightning, flash flooding, fire, labor strikes, technical infrastructure failure, power grid outages, pandemics, health department orders, civil unrest, or other Force Majeure events.
If an entire event is officially postponed or rescheduled, the Company may, in its sole discretion, transfer your tickets or merchandise pick-up licenses to the rescheduled dates or issue an equivalent digital experience credit. No cash refunds will be processed.
4. Merchandise Pick-Up & Abandonment Policies
We are a live-experience brand and do not offer physical shipping, mailing, or delivery services for products at this time. All physical apparel, collectibles, and merchandise purchased through our platforms must be collected in person at our designated on-site Merch Lounge during the hours of the specific event selected at checkout.
Strict Abandonment Standard
If you fail to pick up your purchased merchandise at the Merch Lounge during the operational hours of your selected festival or showcase, your purchased products will be deemed immediately and permanently abandoned. Abandoned merchandise is immediately forfeited back to the Company’s inventory. No refunds will be issued, no platform credits will be granted, and we will not ship, hold, or transfer abandoned goods to any subsequent event or address.
Merchandise Inspection at the Counter
We work to ensure all products meet our design standards. To protect yourself, you must inspect all items (including verifying correct sizing, prints, and manufacturing status) **directly at the Merch Lounge counter before departing**.
If a product is verified as having a manufacturing defect or is an incorrect item, our staff will replace it on the spot (subject to size and style inventory availability). Departing the Merch Lounge pickup area constitutes your final, legally binding agreement that the goods were received in perfect, correct, and undamaged condition. The Company cannot accept any damage or defect claims once you exit the Merch Lounge boundary.
5. VIP Upgrades & Premium Content Access
All VIP upgrades, digital masterclass unlocks, and platform features are immediately activated upon processing. Under no circumstances can digital access or event upgrades be degraded, returned, exchanged, or refunded. These services are delivered instantly and are subject to the same strict non-refundable protections as physical admissions.
