Phase One: Global Scouting & Vetting
Objective
Locate the highest quality independent talent globally through rigorous digital evaluation and direct submission portals.
Structure
Artists submit their music via the submission portal, providing their city base, genre, short bio, and a live performance link. Submissions are rigorously evaluated on stage presence and crowd control by our industry tastemakers. Geolocation is not a restrictive factor.
Advancement
Selected artists are officially inducted into the ILL Roster, bypassing subjective corporate gatekeepers in favor of genuine curation.
Phase Two: The ILL Rotation & Fan Directed Hype
Objective
Showcase the top independent acts to a dedicated fan base and track genuine engagement metrics to guide platform placement.
Structure
Approved artists are entered into the ILL HOT 50 and featured on the ILL.TV platform.
Advancement
Fans dictate the momentum. Supporters vote on tracks using ecosystem Hype points. The tracks with the most points elevate their artists within the network.
Phase Three: Live Showcases & Regional Tours
Objective
Bring our curated roster to live stages utilizing our community funded infrastructure for cross-pollination and exposure.
Structure
Artists on the roster are tapped for real touring and festival opportunities. The top voted artists each month earn a slot at our regional pop showcases.
Execution
When we find the right mix of artists generating strong fan interaction, we book them for live showcases to expand their reach and connect directly with fans.
ILL Summit Pop-Up Series
Select roster artists are invited to join ILL Summit Brand Activations in key markets. This is a strictly promotional opportunity to perform in front of the Imagine Universe audience. There are no paid placements, royalties, per diems, or travel reimbursements implied. We handle the headlining production; guest acts bring their best set. These activations are designed to capture content, build community, and introduce artists to new audiences.
Phase Four: Tour Pipeline & ILL Summit Headliners
Objective
Leverage the curated roster and fan support to finalize the ultimate headlining lineup for the summer summit.
Structure
Fans step in as active participants on the Superfan Leaderboard, supporting their favorite artists through ecosystem contributions and digital engagement.
The Finale
Festival headlining positions are strictly merit based. The annual winner from the ILL HOT 50, demonstrating the most sustained and genuine fan interaction, opens the second stage at the ILL Summit launch weekend.
Genre Divisions
To maintain sophisticated branding and targeted audiences, five primary genres are treated as separate, parallel conferences.
The Pop Division
Performance tracking explicitly focuses on vocal performance, choreography execution, and stage production.
The EDM Division
Performance tracking heavily focuses on track selection, live mixing, lighting integration, and total crowd control.
The Hip Hop Division
Performance tracking strictly focuses on lyricism, rhythmic flow, beat production quality, and overall crowd energy.
The Country Division
Performance tracking focuses on instrumentation, vocal storytelling, and authentic crowd connection.
The Rock Division
Performance tracking focuses on band synergy, instrumental execution, and high-energy stage presence.
The Grand Prize
Top performing artists within the ecosystem will be awarded the ultimate competitive incentive package designed to independently launch their careers.

Elite Main Stage Production & VIP Treatment A premium headlining experience utilizing our massive festival infrastructure. This includes private artist trailers, world class sound and lighting production, and access to raised VIP decks for the team based entirely on genuine fan driven metrics.
